Day Out With The Kids doubles its partnerships team

Following an exciting period of growth, and with ambitious plans for 2019 and beyond, we’re excited to announce three new appointments to our partnerships team.

All based at our head office in Birmingham, our partnerships team has doubled in size, with the appointment of Amy Sykes, Tom Pearson and Soella Taylor.

Amy brings over 5 years’ experience in sales and partnerships within the travel industry to her new role as Regional Partnerships Manager. Having worked at City Sightseeing Worldwide, a cruise operator and even as airline cabin crew, Amy will be responsible for securing and managing partnerships with key attractions in the southern counties.

Tom and Soella both join the DOWTK team as a Membership Product Managers, as our membership programme continues to go from strength to strength. Tom’s previous experience comes as a freelance events manager, working with major brands including PlayStation, Nintendo and Dorset Cereals.

Soella, who joins us on a part-time basis, brings years of experience across marketing, sales, events and advertising, with a strong passion for events that promote cultural inclusion. With previous roles including a senior sales role at Mothercare, Soella joins Tom in working with attractions to secure exclusive membership offers, helping families to do more for less.

Amy, Tom and Soella join Rachel Hartley, Jenna Wathey and Cheryl Howell in the existing partnerships team, headed up by Ghie Berry. Ghie took control of the DOWTK partnerships team earlier in 2019, following senior sales roles at and Groupon.
