Paultons Park set to open its biggest themed land yet in 2020

Tornado Springs Map
Tornado Springs – a brand new themed land, is set to open doors at Paultons Park in May 2020. Designed to bring 1950s America to life, this multi-million extension will be the park’s fifth and biggest themed land, making it the most ambitious project in the history of Paultons.

Tornado Springs will depict a desert midwest town located on the famous Route 83. The new land will span across four acres and will feature 18 rides and attractions for kids between 3 and 14.

One of the biggest draws for the thrill seekers will be UK’s free-spinning ride – the 20-metre Storm Chaser rollercoaster. Also joining the list of adrenaline-fuelled rides will be The Cyclonator –  a Gyro Swing pendulum ride for 30 people, designed to resemble an agricultural scythe.

Other attractions will include Al’s Auto Academy driving school, the Buffalo Falls water raft ride and the Trekking Tractors attraction, which will celebrate traditional farming in the 50s.

The theme will be complete with American-style food offering at Jesse’s Route 83 Diner and sweets at Al’s Garage.

“The Tornado Springs concept is unique to Paultons Park and will significantly extend our capacity to entertain and delight children of all ages. We’ve coupled the vibrant appeal and charm of the 1950’s era with best-in-class rides and attractions to create a truly unique world which, in association with our existing fantastic themed lands, will stand head and shoulders above any other family attraction in the UK.”
